I am a New York State Board Certified Massage Therapist, an educator, and the founder of this practice. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; prior to embarking on my career in massage therapy, I spent more than a decade working in IT and Finance. In addition to holding a degree in Massage Therapy, I am also a Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, and a registered yoga and meditation instructor. I currently live in the central Hudson Valley, in New Paltz, New York, with loved ones, that include my cat, Eden.

My thirst for knowledge of everything related to the natural world, health, and wellness started when I attended my first yoga class in 2001 and embarked on a path that was going to be both wondrous and fulfilling, with challenges great and small.

My love for the healing arts started with a simple desire to educate, gather, and share knowledge on holistic approaches to wellness into daily life, living more simply and more connected to nature and to our own actions.

In my practice, I integrate various Energy Therapy modalities to guide and center us in the present moment and to allow for deep healing to occur at the physical, mental and emotional levels.

I have not only been a student through my own physical, emotional and spiritual challenges, but also a teacher to myself, applying all that I have discovered for a deeper understanding of the healing arts.
