With a background in IT leadership, a passion for the healing arts, and deep training in both Eastern and Western modalities, I bring presence, intuition, and skill to every session.
I split my time between NYC and my rural NatureHouse in New Paltz, where I grow herbs, teach meditation, and continue walking the path of healing.
