Therapeutic Bodywork

I combine Western medical massage techniques with gentle energy work and a mindful, attuned presence to support healing on all levels.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension or illness, or simply needing to rest or reset your nervous system, I bring not only technical skill—but intention and heart—to every session. My work is informed by training in medical massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and years of teaching both Western massage and Eastern bodywork.
