How To Prepare
Your session is a sacred pause in your day. To get the most out of it:
Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed
Use headphones or speakers for best sound quality
Have a comfortable place to lie down or sit upright
Keep a blanket, journal, or water nearby if needed
Arrive a few minutes early to settle and breathe
Your confirmation email will include the Zoom link and session details. No special experience is needed—just come as you are.
