Heart Coherence: A Birthday Offering

Change starts within. We can only change ourselves — and when we do, we transform our lives.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in working with the principles of the quantum field and infinite potential is this: true change happens when we combine thought with feeling. Or as Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches, when we “combine a clear intention with an elevated emotion.” This is the essence of heart coherence meditation — aligning mind, body, and spirit through gratitude, intention, and elevated emotions.
Over three years ago, I began shaping this into a morning meditation practice — one that continues to guide me every day. It’s not enough to think the words; we must also feel them, breathe them into the body, and let them become who we are.
As I move through affirmations — I am kindness, I am courage, I am joy — I ask myself: How would kindness walk? How would joy feel in my body right now? In that moment, there’s a shift. My body changes, my emotions change, and I step more fully into the self I choose to become.

It is through repetition that we “change our minds,” rewiring the brain to embody a new potential. Of course, the old programs, habits, and emotions still surface during the day — but when I’ve begun my morning by remembering who I want to be, I catch myself more quickly. I can pause, reset, and choose again.
This practice has been more than a morning ritual — it has become a compass. A way of aligning thought and feeling so that each day begins from coherence, intention, and possibility. And today, on my birthday, I want to share it with you as a gift.
